8 Weeks Slow Detox Program
The Slow Detox Program is 8 weeks, 5 days detoxing, 2 days off. You will not only give your body a proper detox, but it also includes 4 coaching sessions with Julie, during this 8 week detox, Julie will give you 6 different plans. You'll gain knowledge and receive materials on nutrition, movement and mindset exercices.
After these 8 weeks you'll have all the knowledge to perform the detox yearly on your own. As a bonus, I lost 8 kilos in 8 weeks.
