With handstands it is all about the journey. What you are doing right now is fundamental to your progression.
This is an opportunity to train, explore and learn handstand exercises and technique in a safe and fun environment. This workshop shall include partner stretches and 1 or 2 acro moves to help stretch/ extend for handstands.
Free donation. All funds will go to the Soraya Foundation, towards our weekly community classes (English, Music Angklung and circus classes).
